Cottage is supplied with water from the borehole which we have recently installed on the farm.

Guests are invited to purchase items from our on-site supplies. At Fernyford, local really does mean LOCAL. We have our own on-farm processing room (see here) where we process and package meat from animals raised on our farm: Swaledale sheep, Belted Galloway cattle and locally-sourced pigs. You can have meat of the highest quality and flavour, delicious sausages and burgers, superb bacon whenever you fancy it.

Fresh eggs from our free-range hens and heather honey from bees kept on our farm are also available.
